Two Kanwariyas were seriously injured after being hit by an uncontrolled truck in Uttar Pradesh’s Hathras district on Wednesday. They have been admitted to Bagla District Hospital for treatment. According to the information, the victims Manoj and Dolly Baghel are residents of Gwalior district of Madhya Pradesh. Both had left their home a few days ago with Kanwar. They had reached Kasganj Road in Sikandrarao police station area in Hathras on Wednesday. During this time, a speeding uncontrolled truck hit them.
Injuries to head, hand, and leg
Both of them fell on the road. After the collision, a crowd of passersby and locals gathered there. They informed the police about the accident. The police reached the spot and with the help of passersby, admitted the victims to the hospital. After primary treatment, the victims were referred to Bagla Hospital. Both the victims have injuries on their head, hands, and legs.
It is being told that the collision was so strong that both could have died. Fortunately, they are safe. The condition of both is said to be stable. Additional Superintendent of Police Ashok Kumar also reached the district hospital. He enquired about the well-being of the Kanwariyas and assured them of all possible help. Police is investigating the entire matter.
