Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) has started online booking for Vaikuntha Ekadashi darshan at Lord Venkateswara temple in Tirumala. Vaikuntha Dwaram of Tirumala temple will be open for devotees from January 10 to January 19.

During this festival, lakhs of devotees will visit the holy temple. Online ticket booking for Vaikuntha Dwar Darshan at Venkateswara Temple has started from 11 am yesterday i.e. 23 December, while booking of Special Entry Darshan (SED) tickets of Rs 300 has started from today, 24 December. Slotted Sarva Darshan (SSD) tokens for general pilgrims will be distributed at Kaustubham Guesthouse in Tirumala and eight designated counters in Tirupati.

Devotees can book their tickets by visiting the official website of TTD (Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams). Vaikuntha Dwar, which is the sacred path around the sanctum sanctorum of the temple, will be closed during Vaikuntha Ekadasi. It is important to know here that only devotees with valid Darshan tokens (tickets) will get entry for Vaikuntha Dwar Darshan. Persons without tokens can visit Tirumala, but they will not be allowed to enter the Darshan queue.

How to book tickets online

To book tickets, you have to go to https://ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in/home/dashboard. Here you have to register first. You have to enter the mobile number for registration. An OTP will come on the given mobile. As soon as you enter this OTP, you will reach the ticket booking page. Here, you have to select the date on which you want to visit. Your ticket will be booked after providing valid ID proof and making payment. The ID proof given at the time of ticket booking has to be kept with you at the time of darshan.
