Actually, Arvind Kejriwal is accusing his opponents, especially BJP, of cutting votes before the assembly elections. He claimed that the names of Aam Aadmi Party voters are being removed from the voter list.

Application given for cutting votes

Earlier this month, Arvind Kejriwal had accused the BJP of wanting to cut 6% votes from one assembly. He said, “The BJP is applying to the Election Commission to cut votes on a large scale in Delhi. Every application has the signature of a BJP official. The BJP has given the application for cutting votes on its letterhead.”

The former CM further said, “In these applications given for Shahdara assembly, it is said that 11018 people have either shifted or died. It is difficult to check all these, but when we randomly checked 500 people, we found 372 people who are living there.”
