Liverpool Car Accident: There was an atmosphere of joy in the UK city of Liverpool on Monday night, May 26. After winning the Premier League, the team and staff were doing a victory parade in the heart of the city in an open-top bus. Thousands of fans had gathered on the roadside to get a glimpse of them, but this scene of celebration suddenly turned into mourning when a speeding car rammed into the crowd. A total of 27 people were injured in the incident, including four children. Merseyside Police took immediate action and arrested the car driver, who has been identified as a 53-year-old white British man.
According to Merseyside Police, this incident is not related to terrorism. Constable Jenny Sims said on the matter that it appears to be an isolated incident and we are not looking for anyone else in connection with it. It is not being seen as terrorism. The police further said that this matter is related to a road accident. It is being investigated and efforts are being made to collect the necessary evidence. The video related to the incident is also going viral very fast on social media platforms, in which it can be clearly seen that a black car enters the middle of the crowd and pushes people and moves forward. During this, many people get crushed under the car.

Emergency services became active immediately after the incident. The ambulance department said that all the injured were taken to the hospital, where they are undergoing treatment. The promptness of the emergency services and the quick action of the police prevented the situation from becoming more serious.
