A Delhi court has rejected the plea to transfer Rabri Devi’s case, and all cases related to the ‘land-for-jobs’ scam will now proceed in the same judge’s court.

New Delhi: RJD chief Lalu Yadav’s wife and former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Rabri Devi has suffered a setback in a Delhi court. The Delhi court rejected Rabri Devi’s petition seeking to transfer the pending criminal cases against her and her family members—including Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, and others—from the current judge to another court.

Court rejects Rabri’s petition
Rabri Devi had requested that these cases be transferred from Judge Vishal Gogne’s court. However, after considering the arguments, the court did not accept this request and dismissed the petition. With this court order, the hearing of the related criminal cases will continue in Judge Vishal Gogne’s court.

Charges to be framed against Lalu Yadav on this date

During the hearing of this case, the CBI submitted the status of the accused and the death certificates of the deceased accused to the court.

Which members of the Lalu family are facing legal action?
