A US federal court gave a big decision on Friday (local time). The court said that President Donald Trump has no legal right to impose tariffs. He said that most of Trump’s tariffs are illegal. No right to impose import tax
In fact, the US court ruled that Trump does not have the legal right to declare a national emergency and impose import tax on almost every country in the world. But the court rejected a part of that decision to immediately cancel the tariff, giving the administration time to appeal to the Supreme Court.
