The controversy started with the protest against Rahul Gandhi
Actually this whole controversy started on Wednesday, when the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi came to Rae Bareli on a tour, where he had to face opposition from the Bharatiya Janata Party. After which the Congress state president also announced to retaliate by opposing PM Modi. After which Lucknow Police reached Ajay Rai’s house.
The Congress expressed strong displeasure over this action of the police and called this action of the police against democracy. Ajay Rai said that the government is trying to suppress the voice of protest. But Congress will not be afraid of this at all. Our party will continue to raise the issues of the public. For this, Congressmen will take to the streets and protest strongly.
