They pushed me and my brother out and then beat me up very hard. They beat my father too. Our toys, books and clothes got crushed. A JCB came here. I am very scared…

Bulldozer action on Dr Sharma’s house
Till now we have seen bulldozer action being taken in Uttar Pradesh, but this time this picture has come from Ajmer. A bulldozer was run on the house of Dr Kuldeep Sharma in Ajmer district of Rajasthan a few days ago. On Thursday, Ajmer Development Authority took this action on Dr. Kuldeep Sharma’s house located in Panchsheel area and partially demolished his house.
Why was the house demolished?
After listening to the ordeal of Dr. Kuldeep Sharma’s son, you must still be wondering why ADA took this action. Giving the reason behind taking action, ADA claimed that this house was illegally occupied. While on one hand the house was demolished, on the other hand, the doctor and his wife have alleged that not only the house was demolished but the doctor was also beaten up and the son also said that he and his brother were pushed. The family alleged that during this time the policemen beat up Dr. Sharma and then forcibly took him to Christian Ganj police station.
Ruckus broke out over bulldozer action
After this bulldozer action, people stood up in support of Dr. Sharma. Bulldozer action was taken on Thursday and protests started against it on Friday. Rajasthan Brahmin Mahasabha and Ajmer Private Doctors Association protested outside the District Collector and ADA offices against this action. In response to this protest, the ADA Employees Union also demonstrated and demanded that government employees should not be harassed for their official duties.
A ruckus has erupted in Ajmer over this bulldozer run on Dr. Sharma’s house. After this, party workers led by BJP city president Ramesh Soni met the District Collector and demanded strict action against the police and ADA employees. He said, the BJP family stands with Dr. Kuldeep Sharma. Due to the escalation of the controversy, the district administration has issued an order to suspend ADA Junior Engineer Raghunandan. Apart from this, 7 home guards involved in the demolition campaign have also been removed.
A 4-member committee was formed
Due to the protest for this action, the ADA Employees Union has submitted a memorandum to the District Collector. While submitting the memorandum, he said that no person was present on the spot during the demolition and the entire action was done under the rules. The association’s president Champalal Nagaura also accused Dr. Sharma of obstructing the work of government officials and also said that if any action is taken by pressurizing the ADA employees, they will go on strike.
After this, the Ajmer district administration has now formed a 4-member committee to investigate the matter. Additional District Collector Jyoti Kakwani said that the committee is headed by ADM Gajendra Singh Rathore. This committee will have to submit its report within three days.
