All passengers were deboarded from Air India flight going from Mumbai to Ahmedabad after a problem

All the passengers were disembarked due to a problem in the Air India flight going from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. This flight was scheduled to depart from Mumbai to Ahmedabad at 5.30 am, but due to technical fault, the flight could not take off. In such a situation, all the passengers were disembarked from the plane. Passengers have faced problems due to a fault in flight number AI 613. However, no information has been given by the airline in this regard.

Earlier on Saturday, the Air India Express flight could not land properly in Gwalior. Air India Express is also a part of Air India. The company’s plane could not land at Gwalior airport in the first attempt. However, in the second attempt, the pilots were successful in landing. The landing was also completely safe, but the passengers expressed their displeasure over this.

Passengers’ anger

Confirming the incident, officials said that the Air India Express plane going from Bengaluru to Gwalior could not land in the first attempt on Saturday afternoon. There were 160 passengers on board this plane. The pilots followed the standard safety procedure of go-around, circled the airport and made a successful landing in the second attempt. The aborted landing caused some panic inside the cabin, but Gwalior Airport Director A.K. Goswami clarified that the go-around was a “normal incident” and no technical fault was found in the subsequent investigation by engineers. Despite this, some passengers lodged complaints with the airline and airport staff. The plane was later cleared to return to Bengaluru and no unusual incident occurred during this time.

Airline spokesperson’s statement
An Air India Express spokesperson said, “Our crew is trained to do a go-around as a precaution if required. After this, the plane landed safely and without any incident.” On Saturday itself, the tail part of an Indigo plane hit the runway while landing at Mumbai Airport. DGCA has ordered an investigation into the matter.
