The Democratic National Convention is being held in Chicago, America. The third day of the convention began with Vedic prayers. Where the priest prayed for the progress of the United country. Priest Rakesh Bhatt of Indian origin said that everyone will have to unite for the nation by keeping aside their personal differences.
He said, “We should be united. Let our minds think together. Let our hearts beat together. Everything should be for the good of the society, this will make us powerful, so that we can unite and make our nation proud.”

Who is Rakesh Bhatt
Rakesh Bhatt is the priest of Shiva Krishna Temple in Maryland. He has a degree in English and Kannada from Osteen College, Bangalore and studied Sanskrit from Jayachamarajendra College. He did puja-paath in Udupi Ashta Math for a few years. Worked in Badrinath and Raghavendra Swamy Koim for some time and became a priest in Sri Sri Vishnu Temple in July 2013. Bhatt has a good command over Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, English, Tulu and Sanskrit languages.
