Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah tweeted on Friday morning on Twitter – “After the failed Pakistani drone attack on Jammu city and other parts of the division last night, I am now going to Jammu to take stock of the situation.”

More than 50 Pakistani drones were shot down

On Thursday night, Pakistan made an unsuccessful attempt to send swarm drones in various areas along the LoC and the International Border. Indian Army’s air defence units in Udhampur, Samba, Jammu, Akhnoor, Nagrota and Pathankot areas have successfully shot down more than 50 drones during a large-scale counter-drone operation.

Three Pakistani fighter planes shot down

More than 100 missiles were fired by the Pakistani Army in Indian territory. All those missiles were destroyed by the Indian Army. The Indian Army has shot down three Pakistani fighter planes with the air defence system. Apart from this, Pakistan’s AWACS system has also been destroyed by the Indian Army.
