Amit shah Released Jharkhand Manifesto 2024: Union Home Minister Amit Shah released the BJP’s manifesto in Jharkhand on Sunday (November 3). In the BJP’s ‘Sankalp Patra’ for the Jharkhand elections, the party has outlined 25 resolutions to commemorate the completion of 25 years of the formation of the state. These include the promise of giving Rs 2,100 every month to women under the ‘Gogo Didi’ scheme.
Union Agriculture Minister Amit Shah has released a manifesto named BJP’s 25 Sankalp on 25 years of Jharkhand. BJP has promised the people of the state that if the BJP government is formed, our party will work to fulfill all the promises.
What is in BJP’s Sankalp Patra?
- ‘Through the Gogo Didi scheme, on the 11th of every month, Rs 2,100 will be provided to the bank account of all the women of Jharkhand.
- All the families of Jharkhand will be provided LPG gas cylinder for Rs 500 and two free cylinders in a year.
- Will create 5 lakh self-employment opportunities for the youth of Jharkhand within 5 years. Apart from this, we will ensure fair and transparent recruitment to 2,87,500 government posts. For this, we will start the recruitment process in the first cabinet meeting and will complete the recruitment process for 1.5 lakh posts by November 2025. Will also release the annual calendar for all examinations.
- Will provide self-employment opportunities to 1 lakh Jharkhandi youth every year and will provide ‘Yuva Sathi’ allowance of ₹2,000 per month for the period.
- Will end the misgovernance prevailing in the JMM government and ensure housing for all. Will provide free sand to every citizen of Jharkhand for building houses. Will ensure full implementation of PM Awas Yojana for 21 lakh houses, which will also include increased financial assistance of 1 lakh per house. Will provide tap water connection to the remaining 59 lakh houses through full implementation of Jal Jeevan Mission by 2027. To ensure transparency in appointment to government posts in Jharkhand and justice to the candidates, CBI investigation will be initiated in JPSC cases. Will reinstate the stamp duty of one rupee for registration. Will appoint JPSC chairman within 30 days.
- To stop illegal Bangladeshi infiltration in Jharkhand and protect the rights of tribal communities, we will put a full stop to illegal infiltration by implementing strict legal process in entire Jharkhand including Santhal Pargana. Will make laws to return the tribal land occupied by infiltrators. Will ban giving tribal status to the children of infiltrators who marry tribal women.
- For women empowerment, we will re-implement the stamp duty fee scheme of one rupee for registration of immovable property worth up to Rs 50 lakh.
- Will provide free education in government institutions for B.Ed, nursing and other professional courses, and will bear the cost of tuition fees in private institutions.
- Will form a rehabilitation commission headed by a retired judge to ensure ‘rehabilitation before displacement’ in Jharkhand.
- To promote tribal respect and identity, grant assistance will be given for the development of every tribal religious and cultural site and for public events at the village level. ‘Sidho-Kanho Research Center’ will be established by spending Rs 500 crore to preserve and promote tribal languages, history, art and culture. Tribal heroes like Bhagwan Birsa Munda, Sidho-Kanho and Nilambar-Pitambar will be honored.
- Under the ‘Phoolo-Jhano Padho Bitiya Yojana’, every girl child of poor and backward classes of the state will be provided free education up to PG.
- Under the ‘Maternity Protection Scheme’, every pregnant woman will be provided 6 nutrition kits and assistance of ₹ 21,000.
- 10 new government medical colleges will be established in Jharkhand and one nursing training college will be established in every district of the state. Under the Ayushman Bharat Jeevan Dhara Yojana, all persons above 70 years of age will be provided free health services up to Rs 10 lakh, in which in addition to 5 lakh of Ayushman Bharat, 5 lakh assistance will be given by the state. To ensure good governance in Jharkhand, we will implement a ‘zero tolerance’ policy against corruption and form an inquiry commission.
- With the aim of making Jharkhand human trafficking free by 2027, we will launch ‘Operation Suraksha’.
- We will launch ‘Krishak Suniti’, under which we will increase the purchase rate of paddy to ₹3,100 per quintal. We will restart the Krishi Ashirwad Yojana to provide up to ₹25,000 per acre on the land of small and marginal farmers and cattle rearers.
- We are committed to 27% reservation for Other Backward Classes (OBCs) while keeping SC/ST reservation intact in government jobs and educational institutions.
- We will connect Jharkhand through seamless integration of transport network. We will build 25 thousand kilometers of strong, all-weather roads.
- We will establish ‘Jharkhand Johar Bhawan’ in all major cities across the country. So that Jharkhandis living outside the state get facilities in other states.
- We will increase the monthly pension for the elderly, widows and disabled to ₹2,500, which will ensure their financial and social security.
- To promote rural livelihood, we will include tur and madua in the ambit of minimum support price. We will set up processing and storage centers in every tribal block, so that forest products like kendu leaves, mahua, and mushrooms can be value-added.
- We will guarantee all rights to the tribal communities and to protect their identity, tribal communities will be kept out of the ambit of the Uniform Civil Code.
- To end migration from Jharkhand, we will develop the state as a hub of skill development.
- To make Jharkhand one of the top five tourist-friendly states in India, we will establish a Bhagwati circuit connecting the major Devi temples. We will make Jharkhand the eco-tourism capital.
