Atishi: Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Atishi launched a scathing attack on BJP over giving one free bottle of liquor in Uttar Pradesh. She said that BJP says that giving one free bottle with one bottle of liquor is a big corruption, then when will BJP raid the office of UP CM Yogi Adityanath? Under the Yogi government, one bottle of liquor is being distributed free with one bottle at liquor shops in Uttar Pradesh.

The AAP leader said that there is a fight at liquor shops. BJP leaders should answer whether the Yogi government wants to make the people of Uttar Pradesh and the surrounding states alcoholics by giving one bottle free with one bottle? Has Yogi ji taken this decision with the consent of the central leadership of BJP? If not, then when will BJP leaders take to the streets to protest against it?

Atishi said that many videos are going viral on social media that there is a crowd at liquor shops in different cities of BJP-ruled Uttar Pradesh including Noida, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar. There is a rush among people to buy liquor. There is a stampede. Because on buying one bottle of liquor, one bottle is being given free.

Leader of Opposition Atishi said that the Yogi government is giving a second bottle free on the purchase of one liquor bottle. We saw viral videos on social media that people are climbing over each other to get liquor. People are rushing to the shops to get free liquor bottles.

Atishi said that I want to ask the BJP whether the BJP wants to make the people of Uttar Pradesh and the surrounding states alcoholics? I also want to ask the central leadership of the BJP whether Yogi ji is giving buy one get one free (second bottle free on one bottle of liquor) with the consent of the central leadership? She also questioned that the BJP had said that giving one bottle free on one bottle means corruption. It means that some big scam has taken place. In such a situation, the BJP should tell when will the CBI and ED raid Yogi ji’s office?
