A horrific road accident took place in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. A bus full of passengers going to Bihar after visiting Ramlala from Ayodhya collided with a dumper. Four people including the bus driver died in this accident and many people are reported to be injured. Some of the injured in the accident have been sent to Ghazipur District Hospital and some to Mau for treatment.
According to the information, this accident is said to have happened at 5:30 am on Monday. This accident happened near channel number-319 near Barachwar on Purvanchal Expressway. The injured were immediately sent to the hospital by ambulance. Superintendent of Police Omveer Singh said that the bus driver hit the dumper from behind.
Collided with dumper on the roadside
All the people injured in the accident are undergoing treatment in the hospital. Police is taking further action. If the people sitting in the bus are to be believed, the bus driver had dozed off and he hit the dumper standing on the roadside. He told that all the people in the bus are residents of Bhojpur district of Bihar, who were returning from Ayodhya after visiting Ramlala.
Mother and son going on bike died
Earlier on Saturday evening in Ballia district, a mother and son riding a bike died after being hit by a car. According to the police, in Hukumchhpara village located on National Highway-31, motorcycle rider Jayanath Yadav (22), a resident of Gayghat in Haldi police station area, was returning to the village with his mother Vidyavati Devi (54) from his maternal home in Laxman Chhapra, when a car coming from Bairia hit them.
In this accident, the mother and son died on the spot. On receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot. Police station in-charge Adarsh Srivastava said that the police have sent the bodies for post-mortem. He told that the police has taken the car into its possession.
