The ongoing dispute between Bhojpuri actor Pawan Singh and his wife Jyoti Singh has now spread beyond the family and reached the corridors of power. The actor’s father-in-law, Rambabu Singh, a resident of Ballia, arrived in Lucknow on Tuesday (October 7, 2025). He stated that he would meet Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to demand respect and justice for his daughter. Currently, Rambabu Singh is preparing to meet Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
He stated that he has come not for any political or personal reasons, but as a father, to plead for his daughter’s respect and safety. Speaking to IANS, Rambabu Singh, father-in-law of Bhojpuri actor Pawan Singh, said, “Our only demand is that our daughter be treated with respect.” Regarding the incident, he said, “Our daughter came to talk to him, but he didn’t talk to them and instead sent the police. He must have paid them. When the police arrived and began taking the daughter away, she said, “Tell me what my crime is.”
He told the police, “What is my crime? We want justice. To achieve this, we are going to meet Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and demand justice for our daughter.”
Video Going Viral on Social Media
Previously, a video of him is going viral on social media in which he is seen pleading for justice from Chief Minister Yogi. In the video, he pleads with the Chief Minister to save his daughter. He says, “The core motto of Yogi’s party is ‘Save the Daughter, Educate the Daughter.’ Today, my daughter is going through a very difficult time. She is suffering. I am also ill. I am here today, but I will not be here tomorrow. What will happen to my daughter? Get her justice, let her get justice. This is our demand.” This video of his is rapidly going viral on social media.
What is the whole matter?
The family dispute of Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh is escalating. Recently, his wife Jyoti Singh went to his home in Lucknow and started crying bitterly. During this, she leveled several allegations against Pawan Singh. Jyoti Singh shared the entire video on her Instagram. Pawan Singh then responded via social media, saying he had spoken with Jyoti Singh for 1:30 hours. She insisted on contesting the elections. However, Jyoti claims no such conversation occurred.
