Bihar Assembly Election 2025: Discussions have intensified about who will lead the election campaign on behalf of the NDA in the assembly elections to be held in Bihar next year. In this episode, senior JDU leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Kumar Jha has claimed that the election will be fought under the leadership of Nitish Kumar. There is no debate anywhere on this.
At the same time, before leaving for Delhi on Saturday, Bihar BJP President Dilip Jaiswal said while talking to the media that the decision of leadership depends on the central leadership of the party. The central leadership will decide this. However, while accepting the prominence of CM Nitish Kumar, he also said that Nitish is the face anyway.
Discussions of leadership in NDA gained momentum
Let us tell you that during a program in Delhi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah was questioned about the leadership of NDA in Bihar. He was asked whether Nitish Kumar will become the face of NDA in Bihar or BJP can adopt the Maharashtra formula in Bihar. On this, Shah refrained from saying anything directly and said that policy decisions are not announced from such forums. We will sit together and decide on the issue. When we take a decision, we will let you know. After this statement of Amit Shah, discussions about leadership in NDA have gained momentum.
