Bihar Police Department: Once again, transfer-posting has been done on a large scale in the police department in Bihar. On Sunday, 108 DSPs including two IPS were transferred. According to the notification, new DSPs have been deployed in Rajgir Police Academy, Crime Investigation Department, Traffic Department, Surveillance Investigation Department. At the same time, IPS officer and Commandant of Home Guard Corps Rajiv Ranjan-1 has been made SP (Law and Order) of Bihar. AIG Kalyan Vishal Sharma has been given the responsibility of the post of Additional Director cum Assistant State Fire Officer.

Apart from this, new DSPs have been deployed in many sub-divisions and departments including Munger, Lakhisarai, Patna, Kahalgaon of Bhagalpur, Motihari, Bihar Special Armed Police.
