A case of gang rape of a girl has come to light from Muzaffarpur, Bihar. According to the victim, her boyfriend took her for a ride on his bike and took her to a garden and raped her with his three friends. At present, the police have arrested one accused in the case and further investigation is going on.

The incident is from Ahiyapur police station area. According to the victim, she is a resident of Sadar police station area. 5 years ago she got a missed call from a wrong number. This number was of a youth named Raju Kumar. Raju was a resident of Ahiyapur police station area. After getting the missed call, a series of conversations started between the two.

Both became girlfriend-boyfriend

The conversation between the two increased. During this time, both became friends and soon their love started growing. Now both became girlfriend-boyfriend. Both started meeting, Raju often took the girl for a ride on his bike. In this sequence, recently Raju asked the girl to meet him and she agreed.

Started forcing himself on girlfriend
The girl sat with Raju on his bike and took him for a ride in Ahiyapur area. Raju brought the girl with him to a litchi garden in a deserted area. He called his three friends after taking her there. During this time Raju was drunk. He started forcing himself on the girl but the girl refused. When she did not agree, he threatened to kill her. Meanwhile, his three friends reached there. All four raped the girl. After this, the accused left the girl there and ran away.

Main accused arrested
At present, the girl has lodged a case in the police station, after which the police team reached the spot and started investigation. The police engaged in investigation has arrested the main accused Raju and the investigation of the rest is going on. During this, Mahila Thana Adhyaksha Aditi Kumari said that the accused was produced in the Chief Judicial Magistrates Court, where he was sent to jail in judicial custody. The police has recorded the statement of the girl in the court under Section 164 of CrPC.
