Bihar: In the capital Patna, a man shot his wife and sister-in-law, which resulted in the death of the sister-in-law, the accused also shot himself, which also resulted in his death, the wife is undergoing treatment.

Patna: A man shot his sister-in-law in Bihari Bigha village on the outskirts of Patna, the capital of Bihar. His sister-in-law died after being shot. After this, he also committed suicide by shooting himself. In this whole case, the man’s wife was also shot, however, she has been admitted to the hospital where she is being treated. Police gave information about this incident on Sunday. At present, the police have sent both the bodies for post-mortem. The incident is being investigated.

Wife is being treated in the hospital

According to the police, the deceased have been identified as Deepak Kumar (32) and his sister-in-law Gudiya Devi. Police said that Deepak also shot his wife Lakshmi Devi, who has been admitted to the hospital. Barh-1 Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Aparajit said, “The police received information that a man shot his wife and sister-in-law and then shot himself last night in Bihari Bigha village. By the time police reached the spot, Deepak Kumar and his sister-in-law had died of bullet injuries, but his wife, who was injured by the bullet, was immediately taken to the nearest government hospital, where her condition is said to be critical.”

The youth was at his in-laws’ house for two months
He said that the bodies of Deepak Kumar and Gudiya Devi have been sent for post-mortem. The SDPO said, “Initial investigation has revealed that there were some marital disputes. Deepak was living at his in-laws’ house for the last two months. Family members said that last night Deepak suddenly shot his wife and sister-in-law and then shot himself. His sister-in-law died on the spot. Detailed investigation of this case is going on. Police have recovered the weapon used in the murder (a country-made revolver) and some cartridges from the spot.”
