Chennai: A sensational case has come to light from Tamil Nadu. In Tamil Nadu, the police have arrested a total of 12 people including 6 minors on charges of raping a 13-year-old girl. Investigation revealed that the accused sexually exploited the girl by making false promises of marriage. After this, the accused also involved his other accomplices in the crime, who raped that 13-year-old girl.
Case registered against the accused under POCSO Act
During the investigation of this sensational case, Pallavaram police also arrested 6 adults along with 6 minors, whose names are Dixon, Sanjay, Ajay, Surya, Nandakumar and S Sanjay. Police have registered a case against all these accused under the POCSO Act. After registering the case, all the 6 adult accused were produced before the Tambaram Magistrate, who sent all the accused to Puzhal Jail on remand and all the minor accused to the Juvenile Detention Center.
Case also registered against the victim’s mother
At the same time, a case has also been registered against the mother of the victim girl in this very shameful case. Pallavaram police have registered a case of incitement against the mother of the victim girl on the basis of the allegations made by the accused in the case.
