Today is the second day of the 9-day padyatra of Peethadheeshwar Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham. Bageshwar Baba will start his journey at 8 am. On the morning of 22 November, this padyatra will start from Kadari and reach Gathewara. Where the padyatras will be served lunch. Thereafter, this padyatra will move forward and enter Chhatarpur city from Rudraksh Hotel.
This padyatra started on Thursday morning at 8 am by visiting Bageshwar Dham Balaji Temple (Bageshwar Dham Padyatra) and hoisting the national flag and saffron flag. This padyatra has been taken out to eradicate caste discrimination, untouchability, the difference between forward and backward among Hindus. On the first day, Bageshwar Baba covered a distance of 20 km. This padyatra is of a total of 160 km.
The yatra will pass through the main routes of Chhatarpur city throughout the day on 22 November, a meeting will be held by Bageshwar Maharaj at Chhatrasal Square. Hyderabad’s Hindu leader T Raja will also participate in this gathering. On the evening of 22 November, this padyatra will reach Peptech Town on Naugaon Road via the bus stand where there will be dinner as well as cultural programs and discourses by Bageshwar Maharaj. Here, Delhi’s well-known singers Sheetal Pandey, Binnu Rani and Himalaya Yadav will also give their cultural performances.

On 23 November, the Hindu Ekta Padyatra will reach Naugaon after paying obeisance to Maharaja Chhatrasal at Mausahaniyan’s Maharaja Chhatrasal Shauryapeeth and proceeding with lunch. The pilgrims will have night halt at Naugaon’s Shanti College and an All India Kavi Sammelan has also been organized here in which many nationalist poets of the country along with Kumar Vishwas and Bhojpuri actress Akshara Singh will participate.
Bundeli singer Kavita Sharma and well-known singer Anjali Dwivedi will perform in the cultural program organized at Deori Rest House on 24 November. Sanjay Dutt, wrestler Khali, comedian Shyam Rangeela and VIP will perform in Mauranipur on 25 November. Gujarat’s folk singer Kirtidan Gadhvi will join the yatra on 26 and Kanhaiya Mittal on 27.
