Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma said that programs highlighting the spirit of nationalism should be given priority in this year’s Republic Day celebrations. CM Bhajan Lal Sharma gave guidelines in the meeting.

Republic Day 2025: Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on Tuesday said that the state’s 76th Republic Day celebrations will be celebrated in a grand and traditional manner in Udaipur this year. He has given necessary guidelines to the officials for the successful preparation and organization of the program.

Instructions regarding Republic Day celebrations

Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma said in a high-level meeting that priority should be given to programs highlighting the spirit of nationalism in this year’s Republic Day celebrations. Also, maximum participation of people should be ensured. He directed that tableaux depicting the diversity of the state should be displayed in the program, so that the cultural and social diversity of Rajasthan can be respected.

Important places of Jaipur will be decorated

The Chief Minister also told the officials that along with the state capital Jaipur, important places of Udaipur should be decorated and security arrangements should be kept tight there. In the meeting, Secretary (General Administration) Joga Ram presented the outline of the state level Republic Day event.

Decorations will also be done in Udaipur

Chief Minister Sharma also directed that decorations be done at all important places in Udaipur along with major government buildings, tourist spots and offices in the capital Jaipur, so that there is a festive atmosphere in the entire state. Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant, Director General of Police UR Sahu, Additional Chief Secretary (Chief Minister’s Office) Shikhar Aggarwal, senior officials of Education, Information and Public Relations, Tourism and Jaipur District Administration were present in the meeting.
