According to reports, the earthquake occurred on Thursday in the Kyrgyz Autonomous Province in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of northwest China. An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale was felt. Let us tell you that this is the second earthquake in a remote area in three days. According to the China Earthquake Network Center (CENC), the earthquake struck Aheqi County at 6:21 a.m. CENC informed that the epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 15 km. This is the second earthquake to hit the province in the last three days. Three people were killed and five others were injured when a 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck Wushi County and surrounding areas in Aksu province of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Tuesday.
