Congress party leader Nana Patole slammed Mahayuti and Devendra Fadnavis and alleged that it is not only corrupt but the people involved in it are criminals.

Maharashtra Congress chief Nana Patole on Tuesday attacked the Devendra Fadnavis-led government in the state, alleging that it is not only corrupt but the people involved in it are criminals. Patole also sought to know why no action was being taken against Food and Civil Supplies Minister Dhananjay Munde even though a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) minister has accused him of corruption. He said the controversy surrounding him has brought to the fore the internal rift within the ruling Mahayuti alliance. “The BJP-led government is not only corrupt but all those involved in it are criminals. Not just ministers, but the entire administration is corrupt. The allegations against Dhananjay Munde are serious, but the BJP is behind these allegations,” Patole told reporters. A BJP MLA is openly exposing Munde’s corruption, yet the chief minister has not taken any action.”

Nana Patole hits out at Mahayuti

“Is this the result of internal fighting between the BJP, Ajit Pawar-led Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena? The Congress is not interested in their internal fights,” he said. Activist Anjali Damania on Tuesday alleged that a Rs 88-crore scam took place in the agriculture department when Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Dhananjay Munde was a minister in the previous Mahayuti government in Maharashtra. Munde is already facing criticism over the arrest of his aide Valmik Karad in an extortion case related to the murder of sarpanch Santosh Deshmukh in Beed district. Patole said the real issues are before the people. He said farmers have not received their dues. He said soybean, rice and onion farmers are facing a crisis.

Nana Patole said- Citizens of Maharashtra are troubled
He alleged, “Bangladeshi women are getting money from the government (of Laarki Behen Yojana), while the citizens of Maharashtra are troubled. The law and order situation in the state has collapsed, two murders took place in Shirdi yesterday. Women are unsafe.” He said that the police in Parbhani allegedly killed young Ambedkarite activist Somnath Suryavanshi. He alleged that Akshay Shinde, an accused in the Badlapur school sexual harassment case, was killed in a fake encounter. He said, “This government is hiding serious issues, but the opposition will not remain silent. The government should answer these questions.”
