A youth from Ara in Bihar who had gone to Iran in the hope of getting a good job abroad has been killed. This youth was first called to Mumbai by deceit. From there he was taken to Arabia where he was held hostage. After this he was kept in Iran for a few days. During this time the kidnappers demanded a ransom of two crores from his family. When the ransom money was not received, the kidnappers killed him in Balochistan and dumped his body in the hills.
After identifying the youth through his passport found with him, the Indian Embassy has informed the youth’s family. The youth has been identified as Gaurav, a resident of Sukhrauli village in Piro block of Bhojpur district in Bihar. Gaurav’s brother Saurav told that the kidnappers kidnapped his brother as part of a complete plan. He was first called to Mumbai by deceiving him with a good job abroad. From here the kidnappers took him with them to the United Arab Emirates.
Kidnapped in Iran
He was kidnapped in Iran itself. After this, he was kept in Iran for a few days and his family was informed about this and a ransom of Rs 2 crore was demanded. According to Saurav, since the amount of Rs 2 crore is very big for them, they kept corresponding with the kidnappers and the Indian Embassy to get their brother released, but it was of no use. Here, when the kidnappers did not get the ransom money for seven months, they brought him to Balochistan.
Murder in Balochistan
Here also the kidnappers tried for ransom, but on not getting the money, they took Gaurav to the hills and killed him and left the body unclaimed. According to the officials of the Indian Embassy, two-three-four days ago, information was received that Gaurav’s body was lying in the hills. He also had his passport with him. After identification, the body was brought to the Embassy and now the process of sending him to India has been started.
