The matter pertains to a garden near Kanaur village under Kamtaul police station area of Darbhanga district. After the local people reached the garden here, the burnt body of a young man was found, which created panic among the people. People immediately called the police and informed about the matter. As soon as the information was received, the police team reached the spot and after investigation, sent the body for post-mortem.

According to the police, the deceased youth was a resident of Kanour village, whose age was 35 years. The name of the mother of the deceased youth is Kishori Shah. At present, after the death of their son, the family members are in bad condition and crying. The family members allege that the son was murdered by giving him acid. After getting information from the family, the police is investigating this angle in the case. At present, SDPO of Sadar to Kamtaul Jyoti Kumari has reached the spot and is busy investigating the case. The deceased youth was into gold and grocery business.

Giving information about the case, Darbhanga City SP Shubham Arya also said that looking at the body of the deceased youth, it seems that acid has been used. However, they will be able to reach any conclusion only after investigation. At present the police team is busy investigating the case and is trying to solve the mystery.
