Delhi: 6 people were burnt in a fire that broke out in the kitchen of a restaurant in Connaught Place this afternoon

A fire broke out in the kitchen of a restaurant in Connaught Place, Delhi on Thursday afternoon. Six fire engines were sent to the spot to extinguish the fire. It is being told that the fire was caused due to leakage in the LPG cylinder. 6 people have been burnt in this accident, they have been taken to the DFS unit.

Delhi Fire Brigade received information about the fire in Bikkagane Biryani restaurant at around 11:55 am. After this, six fire engines were sent to the spot. However, till the time of writing the news, the fire could not be completely controlled. The officer said that the fire broke out due to leakage of LPG cylinder in the kitchen of the restaurant. The injured have been taken to RML Hospital for treatment.
