Delhi AAP Councilors Meeting: After the defeat in the Delhi Assembly elections, the Aam Aadmi Party is working rapidly to strengthen its organization in the national capital. In this regard, on Thursday, AAP’s Delhi State Convenor Gopal Rai, Leader of Opposition Atishi and MCD in-charge Durgesh Pathak held a meeting with all the party councilors and discussed various points in detail. During this, suggestions of the councilors were also taken regarding the formation of the organization.
Gopal Rai said that under the process of organization formation, meetings have been held so far with the officials of the state, assembly, frontal organizations and the candidates contesting the elections. All the councilors will continue to play a role in the formation of the party’s organization as well as serve the people of Delhi in the new circumstances.
What did Gopal Rai say after the meeting with the councilors?
After meeting with the party councilors, Aam Aadmi Party’s Delhi State Convenor Gopal Rai told the media, “Aam Aadmi Party has been meeting with the officials of various organizations regarding the reorganization of its organization since the elections. Earlier we had a meeting with the state officials of the organizations. In the second phase, we held a meeting with the office bearers of 70 assembly constituencies of Delhi.”
He further said, ”In the third phase, we held a meeting with the office bearers of all the frontal organizations of Aam Aadmi Party and in the fourth phase, we held a meeting with all the candidates contesting the Delhi assembly elections this time. On Thursday, we held the fifth phase meeting. In this phase, we held a meeting with all the councillors of Delhi of Aam Aadmi Party.”
Suggestions of AAP councillors in the formation of the organization
Gopal Rai said that in this meeting, we especially paid attention to two points. First, suggestions of councillors have been taken in the formation of the organization. Second, how the councillors will take forward the work of the public in their wards and play their role strongly within the MCD in the new circumstances. This was discussed. Councillors of Aam Aadmi Party will continue to serve the public along with building the organization.
AAP surrounded Rekha Gupta government
Regarding the Rekha Gupta government of Delhi, he said, ”During the assembly elections, BJP has given guarantees to the people of Delhi. The people of Delhi want the BJP government to make its budget according to the people of Delhi. The BJP had guaranteed that after the formation of the government, the decision to give Rs 2500 to women will be taken in the first cabinet meeting and the money will be transferred to their accounts on March 8.
Gopal Rai also said that the BJP has been running the government for so many years. It is not that it does not know about the government system? Only after knowing everything, the BJP has guaranteed to give Rs 2500 to women. The people of Delhi want the BJP government to fulfill Modi ji’s guarantee of giving Rs 2500 to women as soon as possible.
