After the defeat in Delhi elections, the problems of Aam Aadmi Party and its leaders are not decreasing. A day before the counting of votes, big action can be taken soon in the case of Aam Aadmi Party leaders offering Rs 15 crore to BJP and making them ministers. Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) is preparing to tighten the noose on AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh. For this, ACB will write a letter to Delhi Police.

No response to the notice yet

According to sources, this step can be taken if there is no response to the notice sent by ACB. If no response is given by AAP, then ACB will write a letter to Delhi Police and recommend legal action against these leaders. BJP has also filed a complaint of criminal defamation against AAP leaders.

Earlier on February 7, the ACB team reached the house of Arvind Kejriwal, MP Sanjay Singh and Mukesh Ahlawat for investigation. It investigated Kejriwal’s house for about one and a half hours, gave a legal notice and left.

Claim was made a day before the election results
Let us tell you that a day before the Delhi Assembly election results, Kejriwal had claimed that the BJP was offering Rs 15 crore each to his MLAs and candidates over the phone. After this, the BJP wrote a letter to Delhi LG VK Saxena demanding an investigation into the allegations. The LG handed over the responsibility of investigation to the ACB.
