Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta celebrated Karva Chauth at the Chief Minister’s Public Service House on Friday. This was her first such festival since assuming office. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta stated that on the auspicious occasion of Karva Chauth, she performed puja and rituals as per traditional customs with honored guests and family members at the Chief Minister’s Public Service House in Delhi.
Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and his wife Sadhna Singh performed Karva Chauth rituals after sighting the moon. Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s wife Sadhna Chouhan said, “It is a great privilege for me that this is my first Karva Chauth with my daughters. I bless both of my daughters.”
