New Delhi: A shocking incident has come to light in the capital Delhi. Here in Shahdara area of Delhi, two people tried to run away after snatching a chain. When the police tried to stop them in Chintamani area, the accused attacked the traffic policemen. They also fired at the police, however, the police caught the accused with the help of local people. At present, the police has registered a case against both the accused. The police team is engaged in investigating the matter. Police said that the entire incident took place after 7 pm on Monday evening.

Actually, two accused carried out the chain snatching incident in Shahdara area of Delhi on Monday evening. After this, they started running away from the spot. Meanwhile, when the traffic policeman tried to stop them, the accused fired at the traffic policeman. However, with the help of police and local people, both the accused were caught. Police gave information about this incident. Police said that two accused Imran (27) and Waris (30) carried out the snatching incident in Chetak Market. After this, they tried to escape.
Both accused arrested
The entire incident took place at around 7:20 pm, when Seemapuri police station received a PCR call. Both of them were also carrying weapons. Police said that when the accused reached a petrol pump near Chintamani Chowk, the police signaled them to stop. Even after this, they started running and fired at the police. However, despite this, the police caught both the accused with the help of local people. At the same time, the police said that a case has been registered against the accused. The matter is being investigated.
