New Delhi: Delhi CM has been announced. Rekha Gupta’s name has been finalized for the post of CM in the BJP Legislature Party meeting. In such a situation, big news related to the formation of government in Delhi has come to the fore. The list of potential ministers in Delhi has also come to the fore. Along with Rekha Gupta, six other MLAs will take oath. Pravesh Verma, Ashish Sood, Manjinder Sirsa, Pankaj Singh, Kapil Mishra, Ravindra Indraj will take oath as ministers. Rekha Gupta is 50 years old and originally from Jind district of Haryana. According to the information received, Rekha Gupta’s family shifted to Delhi in the year 1976. Her husband’s name is Manish Gupta. Rekha Gupta has done LLB and is also a lawyer by profession.

Rekha Gupta is an MLA from Shalimar Bagh assembly seat in Delhi. She is also the National Vice President of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s Mahila Morcha. In the Delhi Assembly Elections 2025, Rekha Gupta defeated Vandana Kumari of the Aam Aadmi Party from the Shalimar Bagh assembly seat by 29595 votes.
Rekha Gupta has studied B.Com and LLB. After this she has also done MA and MBA. She has done her early education from Delhi and has also studied from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. Rekha Gupta has been active in politics since her student life. She started her political journey from Daulat Ram College of Delhi University in the year 1992. She has also been the President of the Delhi University Students Union in 1996-97.
BJP leader Pravesh Verma’s statement has come out on Rekha Gupta being elected as Delhi CM. He has said that it is a matter of happiness that Rekha Gupta has become the CM.
