Police have arrested both the main accused in the murder of a youth in Seelampur, Delhi. On Thursday evening, these accused stabbed a 17-year-old boy to death. 9 accused arrested
Delhi Police has arrested a total of 9 people in this case. A total of 9 accused including 2 women and 2 teenagers have been arrested/detained in this case. At the same time, Zikra has been sent to two-day police custody. Apart from the two main accused, some other accused who supported them have also been arrested, the police is still investigating the case. The accused were identified on the basis of evidence collected during the investigation, technical surveillance and secret information. The police also carried out several raids in Delhi-NCR and in Ghaziabad, Meerut, Moradabad and Amroha in Uttar Pradesh.

Zahida (age 42 years), wife of late. Laik Ahmed, resident of J Block, Seelampur
Vikas (age 29 years), son of Ashok, resident of New Seelampur

Murder happened on Thursday evening
A 17-year-old youth Kunal was stabbed to death by masked miscreants in Seelampur, Delhi on Thursday evening. After killing the youth, the accused fled from the spot. According to the police, the accused have been identified. Lady don Zikra was in police custody since Thursday night in Kunal murder case. Apart from Zikra, three more people were kept in police custody. Zikra was arrested after questioning her.
Why was the murder done?
According to Zikra, her cousin Sahil was attacked in November. Boys named Lala and Shambhu were involved in this attack. Both of them were Kunal’s friends. According to Zikra, Kunal was also involved in this attack, but he was a minor at that time. That is why his name was not mentioned in the FIR. Kunal’s murder is a revenge for that attack. When Sahil was attacked, he survived and a case of attempted murder was registered. Zikra and Sahil feel that Kunal had carried out that attack. Kunal was murdered to take revenge for that.
