The Delhi Police Anti-Narcotics Cell conducted a raid and seized three kilograms of heroin, estimated to be worth approximately ₹6.25 crore (approximately $1.25 billion). Delhi Police arrested five smugglers in connection with the case. According to the Delhi Police, these smugglers were involved in the drug trade in Delhi-NCR.

During interrogation, Afsana revealed the names of her suppliers.
Police conducted a series of raids in the case
Following Afsana’s information, Delhi Police raided the Burari area and arrested Narendra and his wife Jyoti. 712 grams of heroin was recovered from their home. Subsequently, the police arrested Santosh from Nihal Vihar, Nangloi, and recovered 100 grams of heroin. The biggest seizure occurred on September 8th when, based on electronic surveillance and intelligence, the Delhi Police raided a flat in Vishnu Garden, Tilak Nagar, and arrested Anil alias Bhola. One kilogram of heroin was recovered from him.
Criminal History of the Criminals
Delhi Police investigation revealed that Anil alias Bhola has previously been jailed several times under the NDPS Act and has used the money he earned from drugs to purchase four flats in Delhi and a plot in Rohtak. He also owns two cars, while Santosh also has several cases registered against him under the NDPS and Excise Acts.

According to the Delhi Police, all the accused arrested in this case are being interrogated. The Delhi Police is investigating how many more people are involved in the accused’s smuggling network. In this case, Delhi Police is also trying to find out whether this entire gang is connected to any foreign smuggling gang.
