As Lok Sabha elections are approaching, BJP’s clan is increasing. Leaders of all parties are joining BJP. Meanwhile, before the elections, Bahujan Samajwadi Party has suffered a big setback. BSP MP Ritesh Pandey has resigned from the party. Ritesh is MP from Ambedkar Nagar.
According to the information, Ritesh has written a letter and resigned from the primary membership of Bahujan Samaj Party. He has accused party supremo Mayawati of not giving him any reason to meet. Actually Ritesh was angry with the party for a long time. There was speculation for many days that he might separate from the party. After which, putting an end to all the speculations, he announced to leave the party on Sunday.
In his letter, Ritesh has written that for a long time neither he was being called to any party meeting nor there was any communication with him. Addressing Mayawati, Ritesh also wrote that he had tried to meet Mayawati and top party officials for a long time but it did not yield any result, hence he has no other option but to leave the party.
There is also news that Ritesh Pandey may separate from BSP and join Bharatiya Janata Party. It is being told that he will join the party at the BJP office on Sunday. There is also news of presence of many big leaders during this period.
Earlier, before the 2022 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, Ritesh Pandey’s father and former MP Rakesh Pandey had also decided to separate from BSP and join Samajwadi Party. Now Ritesh has also left the party. Ritesh’s separation from the party before the Lok Sabha elections is being considered a big blow for BSP.
According to sources, there is also news that some more BSP MPs may also break ties with the party. It is being told that four MPs are in touch with Samajwadi Party while two MPs are in touch with NDA. If this happens then it may cause big trouble for BSP before the elections.
