FARIDABAD: B.Com student stabbed to death outside a college in Ballabhgarh, complaint lodged with police

A Bachelor of Commerce first-year student was killed in Haryana’s Ballabhgarh. The student was allegedly stabbed to death after a clash between two groups outside his college. Police said the incident took place outside Aggarwal College around 12.30 pm on Wednesday. Himanshu and his 10 to 12 companions attacked Ritesh Kumar of Garg Colony Part-2.

Police said Ritesh’s father Santosh Kumar Sharma has filed a complaint. According to the complaint lodged by Santosh, Himanshu allegedly attacked his son and stabbed him in the chest, leading to his death. Santosh told the police that he was informed about the incident over the phone and he took his son to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

Efforts underway to nab the accused

A police officer said he claimed he was not aware of any prior dispute involving his son. He said that the police have detained three suspects Ballu alias Kaushalendra, Pankaj and Sachin who are residents of Faridabad and are associates of the main accused. A Faridabad police spokesperson said that efforts are on to nab the absconding accused.

Murder of 11th class student

A similar case was also reported from Lalitpur in Uttar Pradesh. In Lalitpur, an 11th class student killed a girl student. Police said that the girl student and the accused student Sonu were in a love affair for about one and a half years. The girl student suddenly stopped talking on the mobile. Angered by this, Sonu strangled her to death. Police had arrested the murder accused Sonu.
