BJP demolished slums everywhere
Aatishi reminded BJP’s election promises and said that before the elections, BJP people used to roam all over Delhi and say that wherever there is a slum, they will give houses there. But what happened, we all saw, wherever they went, slums were demolished. Houses were demolished in Madrasi Camp in Jangpura. I went there the very next day. I saw people crying tears of blood there. They had BJP’s ‘Jahan Jhuggi Wahan Makaan’ card in their hands, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s photo was printed on the card. But when the bulldozer came, no one came to save their houses. Not even those BJP people who used to eat food at their house.

BJP government is harassing the poor
Aatishi said that BJP first demolished houses, now it wants to destroy the livelihood of the poor by demolishing shops.
