Jam in many areas
Apart from this, a large number of private vehicles were parked on Varah Ghat, Sunrakh Road and due to such vehicles and temporary encroachment on the routes leading to almost all the major temples, there is a situation of jam for most of the day, due to which both devotees and local Braj-people are troubled.
Strict instructions of Chief Minister Yogi
Shrikant Sharma further wrote that there are strict instructions from Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath that the traffic system of Mathura-Vrindavan should be strengthened. All the major routes of Mathura-Vrindavan, especially the routes leading to major temples, should be free from temporary encroachment and jam. Also, vending zones should be created for those selling goods on the street. He wrote that Commissioner Shailendra Singh and DIG Range Shailesh Kumar Pandey should take cognizance of this and ensure compliance with CM Yogi’s orders.
