Ghaziabad: Social media influencer Elvish Yadav’s difficulties have increased. The Ghaziabad court has ordered a trial against Elvish Yadav. The Additional Civil Judge’s court has ordered a case to be filed in Nandagram police station under Section 173 (4) of BNSS in the Complain case.
What is the matter?
In fact, in the FIR lodged at Sector 49 police station in Noida, Saurabh Gupta, a plaintiff and witness, accused the car and threatened to kill him. Saurabh Gupta moved the court for not registering a case of Ghaziabad police. In the same case, orders have been ordered to file a case against Elvish.
Many action has been taken before
This is not the first time Elvish is facing any legal action. He has also faced the proceedings of police and court in all cases before. These included the names of YouTubers/Social Media Influencer Abhishek Malhan aka Fukra Man, Elvish Yadav, Lakshya Chaudhary, Purav Jha.
Earlier, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had taken major action against Elvish Yadav. ED seized Elvish Yadav’s property. Elvish Yadav was also accused of delivery of snakes, this matter was also a big bounce in the media. After which Elvish was arrested and had to go to jail. Officials said that Elvish did not sleep in the jail on the first night and he had been changing his moves.
