A case of treason will be filed against a senior doctor of Haryana for supporting Pakistan and making objectionable comments on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. After the complaint of the BJP leader, the police took action in the case and arrested the accused doctor and started questioning him. His mobile phone has also been confiscated. In this case, the police is also investigating the call details of the doctor.
After the ceasefire was announced between India and Pakistan on May 10, Mushtaq Ahmed alias Dr. Taj Mohammad, an orthopedist from Fatehabad, Haryana, had posted 3 agenda videos on his Facebook account, in which the action taken against Pakistan was shown as a big mistake of PM Modi and the victory of Pakistan. After these videos surfaced, the police registered a case on the complaint of the BJP leaders of the district.
Sent to 14 days judicial custody
Initially, the doctor could not be arrested due to ill health, but on Saturday the police arrested him. The court sent the doctor to Hisar jail on 14 days judicial custody. On Monday, the doctor’s bail plea was heard by Junior Division Civil Judge Jogendra Jangra in Fatehabad. During this, he rejected the bail plea and also directed to apply Section 152 (sedition) on the doctor.
Sedition case will be filed against the doctor of Fatehabad
On Monday, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has instructed the police to take strict action in the case. After this, the police has also added Section 152 (sedition) of BNS in the case. The accused doctor had uploaded three videos on his Facebook account on May 10, in which the first video was an edited video of PM Modi. In this video, PM Modi was seen saying that I made a big mistake by attacking Pakistan. Such a fake video was uploaded by the doctor.
