Haryana: Two girls who were playing in Deeg village of Faridabad, adjacent to the national capital Delhi, suddenly fell into a cauldron, one girl died while the other was seriously injured

A big accident happened on Sunday in Deeg village of Faridabad, adjacent to the national capital Delhi. A grand feast was organized on the occasion of the conclusion of the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha organized here. For this, vegetables were being cooked in a big karaah. During this, two girls who had come to play suddenly fell into the karaah. One of these girls died, while the other was seriously injured. She was admitted to the hospital in a hurry. Here, after the incident, the villagers canceled the feast and got all the vegetables thrown away.

According to the villagers, it was a religious event. Therefore, all the people from the vicinity had come with their families. These two girls had also come with their grandfather. The youngest girl among them was less than a year old and she was playing on her walker. Meanwhile, her elder sister picked her up from the walker and took her in her lap and started walking her. During this, suddenly a pebble came under her feet and she lost her balance. Due to this, she fell straight into the karaah along with her younger sister.

There was a delay in taking out the younger girl

It was a good coincidence that the confectioner and other people were present there. They immediately took out both the girls. Since the younger girl was below, the whole vegetable went inside, while the elder girl was above her. When they were taken out, the elder girl was taken out quickly due to being above, but it took some time to take out the younger girl. After this, both the girls who were badly burnt were rushed to the hospital.

There was a hindrance in the Poornahuti

While the doctors declared the younger girl dead, the elder girl was admitted after seeing her condition. Here, as soon as the news of the younger girl’s death reached the village, mourning spread. The villagers immediately cancelled the bhandaara and threw away all the vegetables. According to the villagers, this is the first time such an untoward incident has happened in a religious event. They said that Shrimad Bhagwat Katha was organized in the village for public welfare. The Katha was completed without any hindrance, but this untoward incident happened in the Poornahuti bhandaara.
