The increasing cases of heart attacks among people is a matter of concern, but it can be avoided.
How many types of heart attacks are there?
Head of the Department of Cardiology at Indira Gandhi Medical College, Dr. P.C. Negi told that there are three main causes of heart attack. Among these, the attacks that occur in people between 40 years of age and 50 years occur due to blockage in the arteries. Due to this, blood is not able to reach the heart and after the heartbeat increases, it does not come under control. In such a situation, if the patient is not taken to the hospital on time, he may even die.
Increasing thickness of muscles can also cause heart attack.
Apart from this, genetics i.e. heredity is also the cause of heart attack. Those youth who do not have any symptoms of heart attack, but still their heartbeats suddenly increase. They die after their heart beats become uncontrolled. In such cases, symptoms are not visible, but sudden death occurs. The third main cause of heart attack is increase in thickness of muscles. Increasing the thickness of muscles also increases the heart beat of a person and lowers blood pressure. In such a situation, if the patient does not reach the hospital in time, he may even die.
