HP: 9 disqualified MLAs in Sukhu government said they will file defamation case against CM and expose him

HP: 9 leaders have opened a front against CM Sukhu. Six Congress and three independent MLAs who were disqualified during the session in Himachal Pradesh on Saturday said they will file a defamation case against Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu. The leaders also threatened to expose the CM. The MLAs said that the Chief Minister will have to prove the allegations made against the MLAs.

Which leaders were disqualified
Six Congress MLAs were disqualified for violating the party whip during voting on the CUT MOTION and Finance Bill (Budget) in the Assembly. The disqualified Congress MLAs include Rajendra Rana, Ravi Thakur, Sudhir Sharma, Inder Dutt Lakhanpal, Chetanya Sharma and Devinder Kumar Bhutto and independent MLAs KL Thakur, Hoshiar Singh and Ashish Sharma.

Fear of losing power
Along with claiming defamation against the CM, 9 leaders also attacked the CM fiercely. He said he would tell the public how he was humiliated and work stopped in his constituencies during the last 14 months. He alleged that Sukhu is nervous because power is slipping from his hands and he fears that if he loses power, his deeds will be exposed. Commenting on CM Sukhu, the leaders said that now every child knows the exploits of CM Sukhu. The leaders also said that the government closed the doors for unemployed youth. The leaders said the Congress manifesto was thrown into the dustbin and even during the severe financial crisis, only “favorites” were being promoted. The MLAs accused the CM that the Chief Minister has given his friends a free hand to loot and his friends are openly buying properties worth crores.
