CM Revanth said that they asked experts what they could achieve by 2047, when the country will be celebrating 100 years of independence. That’s when the Telangana Rising-2047 vision was born. In Telangana’s culture, when we want to do something big, we first seek the blessings of the gods. He said that another important thing is that they want the support of the people. They have understood the ideas and expectations of the people to fulfill their dreams for the future.
The CM said that there are immense opportunities in Telangana. There is a good, positive environment here. We have resolved to make it a $1 trillion economy by 2034 and a $3 trillion economy by 2047. We are contributing approximately 5% to India’s GDP from Telangana. Our goal is to contribute 10% to India’s GDP from Telangana by 2047. We have divided Telangana into three distinct parts. This includes the service sector, manufacturing sector, and agriculture sector… Telangana is the first state in the country to divide it into three parts and set development targets according to the sectors.
Telangana to adopt the Chinese model
CM Revanth said that he would like to talk about the development achieved by China’s Guangdong province. He said that Guangdong’s economy is the largest of any province in China. In 20 years, they have achieved the highest investment and growth rate in the world. We want to follow the same model in Telangana. We have been inspired by countries like China, Japan, Germany, South Korea, and Singapore. He said that now we want to compete with those countries.
CM Revanth said that this vision may seem difficult. But, we can achieve it. In this regard, I can only say to my team that if it is difficult, do it immediately. If it is impossible, give it some time. Today I am more confident than yesterday. He said yesterday was a dream, a plan. Today all of you have joined us. We hope that we will be partners in this journey. I am fully confident that with the cooperation of all of you, we can achieve all the goals of Telangana Rising. Telangana Rising is a continuous process.
We will never forget Sonia and Manmohan Singh
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that the Congress government has fulfilled the aspirations of the people of Telangana for six decades. At the Telangana Rising Global Summit held in Future City, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy virtually unveiled the statues of Telangana Thalli across the state. The government has installed statues of Telangana Thalli in 33 collector offices in the state at a cost of Rs 58 lakh. 18-feet tall statues of Telangana Thalli have been installed in all the collector offices of the state. Speaking on the occasion, Revanth Reddy said that the state of Telangana was announced on December 9, Sonia Gandhi’s birthday. This day will always be remembered.
He said that the day this decision was taken, respecting the aspirations of 4 crore people, was declared as the inauguration day of Telangana Thalli. He said that after the formation of the state, it has become number one in the country in terms of welfare and development. Chief Minister Revanth said that the people of Telangana will never forget Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan Singh. He said that the Congress government has fulfilled the aspirations of the people for six decades. He added that the Telangana Thalli inauguration festival is celebrated every year on December 9th.
What did Governor Vishnu Dev say?
In Hyderabad, Governor Vishnu Dev Varma inaugurated the summit and delivered the keynote address. He said that Telangana is moving forward towards its goals. He said that revolutionary changes are taking place in all sectors. Governor Vishnu Dev Varma said that their goal is to create a $3 trillion economy by 2047. Following the Governor’s speech, Nobel laureate Kailash Satyarthi, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, and Union Minister Kishan Reddy addressed the gathering. Nobel laureate Kailash Satyarthi praised them, saying that young Chief Minister Revanth has done a remarkable job. He said that loans of 20 lakh farmers have been waived. Free travel facilities have been provided to women. He said that efforts are underway to improve the education system.
There should be healthy competition among states
BJP leader Kishan Reddy said that the central government will cooperate in the development of the states. He said that Hyderabad is the largest economic hub in the country. He said that the role of states is crucial in achieving the goals of a developed India. The Telangana government will be provided assistance from the central government. The Telangana Rising Global Summit in Hyderabad saw significant investments in the state’s tourism sector. On the second day of the summit, held at Future City, investments worth ₹7,045 crore were announced for the state’s tourism sector. Representatives from domestic and international organizations signed agreements at the summit venue in the presence of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Tourism Minister Jupally Krishna Rao.

₹3,000 crore: Foodlink F&B Holdings (India) Private Limited will establish an integrated global convention, trade, and exhibition center under a PPP model in Bharat Future City. ₹1,000 crore: Dream Valley Golf & Resorts, a world-class golf destination located in Bharat Future City. ₹1,000 crore: Construction of an international cultural center in Bharat Future City by Saras Infrastructure Private Limited.
₹800 crore: Elite International Wellness Retreat by Atmosphere Core Hotels (Maldives) in Hyderabad. ₹300 crore: Construction of a world-class aqua marine park and aqua tunnel in Hyderabad by Polin Group (Turkey) and Multiverse Hotels Private Limited.
₹300 crore: Artificial beach, lagoon, and resort project in Hyderabad by Fluidra India Private Limited (Spain). ₹300 crore: Smart Mobility Wellness Resort and Convention Center in Hyderabad by Sri Havisha Hospitality & Infrastructure Limited.
₹200 crore: Glasshouse-Greenhouse Convention Center in Kismatpur village, Gandipet, by KEI Group & Associates (Kamineni Group). ₹120 crore: Ridira Group, Yacharam, and Novotel branded hospitality project in Bharat Future City. With an investment of ₹25 crore, Salaam Namaste Dosa Hut Private Limited (Australia) and Vizag Recreation Private Limited are setting up caravan parks across Telangana to promote adventure and eco-friendly tourism.
