Several parts of the National Capital Region (NCR) caused hailstorm on Sunday, there was a high speed and rained. India Meteorological Department (IMD) gave this information. The Meteorological Department had earlier said that different places in Delhi (Civil Lines, Dilshad Garden, Seemapuri, Kashmiri Gate, Celampur, Shahadra, Vivek Vihar, Red Fort, Preet Vihar, Rajiv Chowk, ITO, India Gate, Akshardham Temple, Nehru Stadium) as well as its nearby areas such as Ghaziabad and Haryana in Sonepat, Bahadurgarh and Gurugram may receive light to moderate rains. The department also expressed the possibility of hailstorm.
Alert was already sent
The Meteorological Department had already sent an alert on the phone of people living in Delhi-NCR through messages. The Meteorological Department said that the minimum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 13.7 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature in the city was recorded at 26.2 degrees Celsius. According to this, four mm of rain was recorded in Delhi in the last 24 hours till 8.30 am. There is a forecast to have more rain or drizzle in the city. It said that the humidity level was recorded at 70 percent in the city at 5.20 pm. There is a slight drop in temperature since the rains in Delhi-NCR on Sunday. Also, the weather remains cold and moisture in the air has also been recorded.
How will the weather be in UP and Bihar
After the rains and hailstorm in Uttar Pradesh, the process of heavy rains in the state will stop. However, on March 4, some places of UP may rain. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is likely to be dry in western UP. At the same time, there is a possibility of shower in eastern UP with heavy rains and thunderstorms. If we talk about March 5, then the weather in eastern UP will be clear on this day. After this the weather will become normal. During this time, there will be sunlight in the day and light cold at night. The weather remains something similar in Bihar too. There is sunlight throughout the day and feels light winter during night and morning. However, at present, most parts of the state including Patna have recorded strong winds during the last 24 hours. According to the Meteorological Center, light rain is likely in the western and central parts of the state during the next 24 hours.
