In a joint operation by the Delhi Police Special Cell and the CIA, Gurugram, two sharpshooters from the Gogi gang have been arrested. Both were wanted in connection with the murder of Neeraj Tehlan. During the arrest, an encounter ensued between the police and the accused, in which both shooters were shot in the legs. Police officers were also injured but were protected by bulletproof vests. The injured criminals have been admitted to a hospital and are undergoing treatment.
Arrested accused:
Mohit Jhakhar (29) and Jatin Rajput (21), both residents of Delhi.
Recoveries:
Two pistols, four live cartridges, and a motorcycle.
Murder case:
Neeraj Tehlan was murdered in Najafgarh on July 4, 2025. Neeraj Tehlan was a key witness in the 2024 double murder case (Najafgarh salon).
Mastermind:
Sanju Dahiya (still absconding) conspired with the Gogi gang to carry out the murder.

Both were apprehended in retaliatory action. In a series of operations, the Delhi Police has arrested 44 gangsters and six juvenile offenders (CCLs). These include several gangs, including the Nandu Gang, Hashim Baba, Harsh Bhau, and Vicky Takkar.
