This incident occurred in Ilahinagar, a town in Shidlaghatta, Chikkaballapur district, where a woman named Mubarak, a resident of Ilahinagar, was alone at home. Her family had gone to Ajmer. The miscreants entered the woman’s home, first threatened her, then blindfolded her hands, feet, mouth, and eyes. Then, they assaulted her with a sharp weapon. Mubarak pretended to be dead to escape.

Searched the house throughout the night
The miscreants, believing the woman to be dead, searched Mubarak’s house throughout the night. They stole the gold jewelry she had kept in her home and fled. Mubarak alleges that her daughter-in-law’s brother and another man broke into the house and committed the robbery. The criminals were so cunning that they even cut the CCTV camera’s wires to prevent their identification.

The victim, Mubarak, claims she saw the robbers, who assaulted her and stole the gold jewelry in the house. Mubarak’s husband and children have expressed doubts about Mubarak’s statement and, revealing shocking information, stated that there were no gold jewelry in their home. They also asked the police not to file a complaint in this matter.

Accusations against husband and daughter-in-law

Mubarak alleges that her husband, Siraj, and daughter-in-law were eyeing her gold jewelry. She alleges that her husband, Siraj, yelled at her, asking, “What are you doing with the gold jewelry? Give me the gold so we can buy property.” Mubarak has accused her daughter-in-law and husband of being involved in the theft. The police have registered a case and are investigating.
