Once again a crime has come to light in the national capital Delhi. In the Narela area of the capital, a man has killed his girlfriend by pushing her from the sixth floor. Information about this incident was shared by the police on Wednesday. According to the information, the accused had recently started a new job in Kondli, Delhi. At the same time, the deceased woman was studying fashion designing in Faridabad, Haryana.

What was found out about the deceased?

According to the information given by the police, the deceased woman has been identified as 27-year-old Sadhna Singh. Sadhna used to live with the accused Deepak in Noida, Uttar Pradesh earlier. Deepak also used to work in a company in Noida earlier. Currently he lived on the sixth floor in a flat in Narela, Delhi. Sadhna often came to meet him there.

Why did he kill his girlfriend?

The police said about this incident- “A day before the incident, she had come to Deepak’s flat. She came to know that Deepak’s parents had seen a girl for his marriage a few days ago. There was an argument between the two over this, which later turned into a fight and during this Deepak allegedly pushed her down from the balcony.”

What action has been taken so far?

The police had received information that a woman was lying unconscious outside a house. When the police reached the spot, the woman was found dead. The woman’s body was found in a bloody condition. There were marks of physical torture on her body and her clothes were also torn. Police have registered a case against the accused under Section 103(1) (murder) of the BNS and his interrogation is going on. The body has been sent for postmortem and the forensic team has inspected the spot.
