A shocking revelation has been made in the suicide case of ITBP Deputy Commandant Ayush Deepak. The contents of Ayush’s suicide note will bring tears to your eyes. Ayush wrote, “I am ending my life because the Lalmatia police station in-charge dragged my sister by her hair, then tore her clothes, stripping her half naked. I was unable to protect her dignity and respect. Lalmatia police station in-charge Rajiv Ranjan is responsible for my death.”
In fact, ITBP Commandant Ayush Deepak was posted in Patiala, Punjab. The suicide note has caused a sensation. Ayush hanged himself in Patiala on October 4th. A case was registered in Patiala based on the statement of the deceased’s brother-in-law, Akash Jain, in which serious allegations were made against the Bhagalpur police. According to the suicide note, an ITBP commandant, hurt by the police station in-charge’s mistreatment of his sister, committed suicide. The suicide note held the station in-charge responsible for his death and described the entire incident. The suicide note reads, “I am ending my life because Rajiv Ranjan, the Lalmatia police station in-charge of Bhagalpur, currently posted at Vikramshila police station in Banka, is responsible for my death. Rajiv Ranjan is responsible for dragging my sister by her hair and stripping her naked. His heinous insult to a woman, the wife of the Chief Engineer of the Bihar government, not only tarnished the image of the police but also violated the dignity of the uniform.”

He further wrote that his sister had simply told the police not to beat women and children in Pasi Tola, Kabirpur Road, Nathnagar. After this, Rajiv Ranjan not only mistreated his sister but also filed a case against her. As a member of the armed forces, I was unable to protect the honor and dignity of my sister Jyoti. I feel helpless and hopeless. Even a call to the SSP proved futile.

Regarding the matter, SSP Hriday Kant said, “This incident happened four months ago. It’s likely that a call may have come. Many calls are received after an incident. I assigned the investigation to the concerned DSP. The police in Patiala are investigating the incident. The City Superintendent of Police has now been assigned the investigation.”
