On Saturday evening, SSB jawans on the Indo-Nepal border caught one Pakistani and two Nepali citizens while they were illegally entering the Indian border. After necessary investigation, the SSP handed over all three to the Khoribari police. The Pakistani citizen caught has been identified as Saifullah (46). He is a resident of Mardan, Pakistan. Similarly, the two Nepali citizens have been identified as Man Bahadur Thapa (51) resident of Homtang-6 Bhojpur and Megh Bahadur Thapa (40) resident of Risku-09 Sagarmatha.
Khoribari police will present them in the court today. According to the police, the BIT of Panitanki Company of the 41st battalion of SSB posted on the Indo-Nepal border was guarding. During this time, the BIT stopped a car crossing the Panitanki border illegally. During this time, the BIT detained three people in the car, Saifullah, Man Bahadur Thapa and Megh Bahadur Thapa, and interrogated them. During interrogation, Pakistani citizen Saifullah told that he runs a security company in Dubai. He mostly employs Nepali youth in his company.
Crossed the border to repair the car
Nepali citizens told that they run a manpower company named Himalayan Gorkha HR in Nepal itself. Here they recruit job-seeking youth for the Pakistani citizen’s company. Saifullah told that on July 18, they had organized an interview in Itahari for the recruitment of youth. Pakistani citizen Saifullah also came from Dubai to Kathmandu for this interview and after the interview, all three were returning. Meanwhile, on Friday night, there was some problem in their car. So they came towards Panitanki border to get it repaired. Crossing the border here, they reached about 400 meters ahead to pillar number 90/1, where the BIT team deployed on the New Bridge caught them.
